A: Because it’s more than just Indian street food. Pani Puri is a perfect canvas—its shape and texture are ideal for telling culinary stories across the world. It allows me to blend cultures, innovate flavors, and respect traditions all at once.

Q: What’s your vision with VIDHYA FOODS?
A: I want to bring these amazing products beyond the Indian community and make them resonate globally. My goal is to take authentic Indian ingredients and transform them into creative culinary experiences that anyone can connect with—from North America to Latin America to Europe.

Q: What are your first steps in this collaboration?
A: We’ll start with a global tour—Miami, Toronto, Mexico City, Medellín, and Ibiza. I’ll host private dinners, interviews, cooking shows, and experiences with local chefs, influencers, and culinary schools. Each city will become a chapter in our story, documented in high-quality photo, video, and short documentaries for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and major press.

Q: How would you describe your cooking style?
A: It’s contemporary, respectful, and emotional. I mix deep research with visual and narrative storytelling. I want people not just to eat, but to feel and remember.

Q: Are you planning a book or editorial project?
A: Absolutely. I’m creating a digital and print cookbook with fusion recipes based on Pani Puri. Each one tells the story of a place and its flavors. It’s not just about food—it’s about connection, inspiration, and culture.

Q: What’s the future of this project?
A: I see it as a cultural bridge. I want Pani Puri to become an international icon of flavor, fusion, and modern street food. And we’re just getting started.

In partnership with VIDHYA FOODS, Chef Martino aims to elevate Pani Puri from Indian street food to a global icon. This collaboration involves taking authentic ingredients and transforming them into creative culinary experiences that resonate worldwide.

The Waldorf Astoria’s monumental structure will be the tallest skyscraper to be built in the city.

A finales de 2021 iniciará la construcción de lo que hasta ahora será uno de los proyectos más lujosos de la ciudad: Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, que contará con 1.049 pies de altura, 100 pisos y 360 unidades con acabados de primera, lo que sin duda la convertirá en el nuevo ícono arquitectónico de la ciudad del sol.

La altura no es lo único interesante de este proyecto, además de las residencias privadas el edificio contará con todo el confort y prestigio de una de las marcas hoteleras más importantes del mundo, propiedad de Hiltons Hotel, ya que los 3 primeros cubos de la torre serán destinados a este exclusivo complejo hotelero.

Los arquitectos Sieger Suárez y Carlos Ott, diseñaron a mano el edificio que, desde el exterior luce como una pila de nueve cubos de cristal apilados de manera desigual y que cuentan con vistas 360 grados de la ciudad. Las unidades ya se encuentran a la venta iniciando, las tipo estudio, en $650.000 a cargo de Property Markets Group.

Se espera que la obra esté finalizada en 2025 y estará ubicada en pleno Downtown en 300 Biscayne Boulevard y sin duda transformará el horizonte de Miami y trascenderá a todo lo que hemos visto hasta ahora en Florida.
